Damaged or Defective Items

If the item does not meet your expectations, notify our customer service team within 14 days. We will review and determine an appropriate solution.

For products under manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for any issues.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days. Refunds will be credited through the original payment method, subject to any processing times required by the payment provider.

Return Policy
